Homekit implementation is left to developers, making it less user friendly than what I would expect from Apple. Home fills the gap with a full implementation. It is a very good application to manage all your Homekit enabled devices. Clean interface, and not mentioned but Siri is supported. If there is any shortcomings, its more due to the lack of maturity of Apples Homekit than to the developer who is very responsive.

Yes, I’m yelling! It took all of 5 minutes to name my lights, group them into rooms and zones and it works perfectly with Siri. I can say ‘good night’ to shut off everything in the house or ‘set scene <whatever>’ or ‘set the living room lights to pink’. It works flawlessly and it’s so much better than any of the Hue related apps I’ve tried so far.

I was very excited to use your app but I was left disappointed when I tried to set up a New Home but this error message kept appearing: "Cloud data sync in progress". If your app was cheaper, I would not be asking for a refund. Considering that your app is over $15 I hoped that it would work wel. If you are unable to fix this problem, please refund me my money or direct me to where I can ask for a refund.

Work awesome! But at that price, it need to be spotless. Theres crashes on Apple WATCH and it is not in French :( If it is fixed I will give 5 stars!

After reading many reviews, mostly on the US App Store where they have many more reviews than on the CDN App Store, I was convinced this app would be well worth the exorbitant price to custom control my Phillips Hue lighting system. But really, all this app provides is an interface for HomeKit, and a confusing one at that. After many hours of frustration, I found a PDF on the Phillips Hue site that had a great walk through for setting up and understanding HomeKit and Siri commands with Phillips Hue - using the free Elgato Eve app, which they recommend. And its FREE! Better interface, same functionality. Too bad I blew $16 on this Home app.

It is unbelievable that this app was not offered by Apple with the current OS. In any event, except for a few problems with room assignment defaults, Great job and thank-you

This is app is so good and so well designed that it should be part of iOS! Only thing missing are "service groups"

Was expecting a more user friendly app and more features. Shows a lot of technical jargon the devices native apps dont use. And its missing key features some native pass have like setting lock codes. If it had those features, the price could be acceptable but not in its current state.

Trust me, I have tried every single HomeKit app out there. I absolutely love this app if you have tried any other HomeKit apps and you were thinking about buying any other ones dont, this one is the best by far.

Best app for HomeKit. If you are a HomeKit hobbyist then this is your app of choice. Dont even worry about the cost. Well worth the money.

This Home app solved our little disaster; heres the story: We paid a bunch of money for Lutron "Caséta Wireless" dimmers and a Smart Hub with the HomeKit option. You can imagine our disappointment when we discovered the Lutron app does not support activating Scenes using Siri (HomeKit), which for us was the whole point of smart lighting. You want to be able to say "Siri, its movie night." For $15, this Home app fixed the problem. After all the money we had spent, $15 is cheap, especially when it solves everything. Note that the Lutron app is still necessary for pairing your devices. And it does have "scenes," but for some reason they are not connected to HomeKit, even though the individual devices are! And this app fixes a problem with iOS 9.3.1 which made our kitchen lighting stop responding. Our On/Off Lutron switches decided they were "switches" and not "lights," so they stopped responding to things like "Turn off all the Kitchen lights." I was able to tell each switch that it was really a light, and voila! This level of control wasnt available in the Lutron app.

This is by far the best and comprehensive app out there and allowed me to accelerate my home automation projects without waiting on more devices to be certified with HomeKit. Thanks and keep it up!!

No matter what I do and read and follow all instructions all I get is iCloud sync iCloud sync .. Ive never been so aggravated trying to get something to work to clearly does not work

Ive used a variety of HomeKit apps that are designed to collect all your supported devices into one are. This is hands down the best HomeKit app. Well worth the price.
